Shipping
US Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days from receipt of payment. However, during holiday season expect 3-5 days lead time for shipping. Everyone needs a little down time and we are no different. Unless it's a rush order or you need it now due to extenuating circumstances, we take weekends and holidays off.
If you are having a gift order sent to you rather than the recipient, we often can save you $ on postage if we send all the items plus packaging as "assemble yourself" since shipping is based on the size of the box as well as weight. Be sure to let us know if you want that option BEFORE you place your order.
Our goal is to ship your order to you in an expedient manner and at the most cost effective rate. We do not charge a handling fee, nor do we inflate your shipping costs.
We are eco-friendly and re-use packing material for shipping when possible. This may include shipping boxes, peanuts, or other packing material we may have accumulated. We encourage you to re-use those same packing materials when you mail an item to someone else. Through this cycle of recycling, we can all do our little part in saving trees and paper and it's related costs and carbon footprint.
